INTAC Medical Training Aids

This federal Purchase Description/Statement of Work outlines the procurement of medical training aids for the INTAC Program (Reference PRAC: W74RDV62097143). Specifically, the government is seeking to acquire four (4) Combat Self Aid and Buddy Aid (CSAB) Manikins designed to support high-frequency, physically demanding tactical medical training. The CSAB manikin must be a rugged, full-body training device built to withstand repeated casualty drags, carries, and environmental wear during Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) drills. Key features include an integrated bleeding system, high-grade silicone skin with realistic wounds, and multiple access points for critical lifesaving interventions such as tourniquet application, wound packing, airway management, and needle decompression. Each manikin must come complete with a comprehensive set of ancillary items, including a camo suit, combat boots, wearable explosion and evisceration injuries, a remote control, and replacement parts. Acquiring these dedicated, durable manikins will allow personnel to conduct realistic, full-speed training scenarios while wearing operational gear. Additionally, this procurement will preserve the lifespan of existing high-fidelity simulators by reserving them for advanced medical assessments rather than physically abusive field exercises. Deliveries must be made to the Summit Point Training Facility in Summit Point, West Virginia, approximately 60 days after the contract award.
