The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for fuel management services at the Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) in Tampa, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for all services related to the receiving, protecting, storing, and shipping of U.S. Government-Owned Turbine Fuel Aviation, Grade Jet-A, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 493190, with a size standard of $36.5 million, and is expected to result in a firm-fixed-price contract with a four-year base period starting November 4, 2026, and an option for an additional five years.
