Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide testing and balance services at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. The selected contractor must test, balance, adjust, and certify airflows and pressures in 138 designated pressure critical rooms and areas. To qualify, the work must be completed by a National Environmental Balancing Bureau certified contractor whose primary business is testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems. The contract structure consists of a fiscal year 2027 base period plus four option years, and Service Contract Act wage determinations apply. Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due by July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and must be submitted to Contract Specialist Stacie Hill at stacie.hill@va.gov.
