Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is seeking a contractor to conduct Nitrogen Oxide emission testing at the VA Butler Healthcare System in Butler, Pennsylvania. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform portable analyzer testing on three backup diesel generators to ensure compliance with the facility’s state operating permit. This work requires adherence to EPA Method 7E, ASTM D6522, and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection standards, and access to the sampling ports will require a manlift capable of reaching up to 30 feet.
