Global Asset Tag Printing - Updated

The U.S. Department of State (DoS) Office of Program Management and Policy (A/LM/PMP) issued a Sources Sought Notice for Global Asset Tag Printing. The purpose is to identify businesses capable of designing and manufacturing durable, pre-printed barcode labels for asset tracking across various climates and surfaces, both domestically and overseas. The DoS seeks to centralize asset tag generation to reduce fraud and improve record-keeping efficiency. Key requirements include tags made of polyester plastic with protective lamination, specific dimensions (0.75"x0.75"), and encoding capabilities for color ID, tag number, and security key. Vendors must be active GSA schedule holders, capable of tracking tag number usage globally to prevent duplication, and provide dedicated account management and quarterly reports. The government anticipates a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with an estimated ceiling of $627,000.00 for a one-year base period with four one-year options. Responses are due by March 16, 2026.
