The U.S. Department of State, through the Office of Policy, Planning, and Resources for Public Diplomacy, is seeking information on a managed attribution secure browsing solution to support open-source research while protecting its networks and managing online signatures. The work centers on providing secure web browsing capabilities that reduce exposure to malicious cyber activity and help users access information sources and websites without compromising IT infrastructure. Desired capabilities include FedRAMP compliance, encrypted data handling, audit logging, anonymous or region-specific browsing attributes, user activity auditing, training, and technical support.
