Fort Drum NY Job Order Contract (JOC)

The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Drum, is soliciting proposals for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to support the Directorate of Public Works. The contractor will perform repair, maintenance, demolition, and minor construction requirements for a variety of facilities including barracks, child development centers, airfields, and utility systems. The required work spans multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and HVAC under a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Place of performance is Fort Drum, New York, and the resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract.
