The U.S. Department of State Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking a contractor to deliver specialized law enforcement training and tactical equipment. The contractor must provide nine specialized training modules to 240 Internal Security Forces members in Lebanon and supply eighteen categories of tactical, medical, and security gear, including NIJ Level IV bulletproof vests, ballistic plates, helmets, and training weapons. Training will occur at facilities in Aramoun and Dbayeh, and all delivered products must be Trade Agreements Act compliant, with items from the People's Republic of China strictly prohibited. Proposals must be submitted electronically in separate Price/Compliance and Technical volumes by the extended deadline of September 17, 2026, at 15:00 Hours CEST.
