NATO Request for Information: Integrated Event Operations (IEO) Platform

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking industry input for an upcoming acquisition of an Integrated Event Operations (IEO) Platform to support NATO Education, Training, Exercises, and Evaluation activities. The platform is intended to manage the full event lifecycle, including event registration, participant and resource management, and the create, plan, coordinate, approve, publish, execute, and close process, while also exchanging data with other services and applications. The solution should be deployable on-premises within NATO secured networks, support multi-network deployment, and scale to approximately 15,000 users, with interest in cybersecurity maturity, support models, and rough order of magnitude cost information. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not a request for bids, with responses due by 29 May 2026 at 12:00 CET; participation is limited to companies from NATO member countries.
