The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, is seeking to procure a 20-foot flatrack container with steel floors and end walls. The contractor must deliver a single unit of this fabricated metal structure under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Performance will take place in Crane, Indiana, with delivery designated as FOB Destination. The Government will evaluate eligible quotes on a pass/fail technical basis, past performance, and price reasonableness, with the intent to award to the most advantageous, technically acceptable offeror.
