Code 34 Engineering Services for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic (EM) Special Programs

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking engineering services for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Special Programs. This task order focuses on developing and fielding special mission EW and augmentation systems for submarines and other platforms like Unmanned Aerial and Undersea Vehicles. Services encompass in-service maintenance, engineering and software development, assembly, fabrication, test and evaluation, configuration, and project management. The work requires Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance and adherence to numerous government documents and regulations. Key systems supported include Mission Configurable Mast, Signals Research Target Development Mast, and Special Operations Intelligence System. Funding types include Operation and Maintenance, Navy (O&MN), Other Procurement, Navy (OPN), and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E). The contractor must comply with strict security and cybersecurity requirements, including OPSEC and cyber workforce qualifications.
