The contractor must provide a comprehensive train-the-trainer program (minimum 2 hours) for 50th SFS personnel, covering operation, content creation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. A minimum one-year warranty covering parts, labor, and technical support is required, with on-site service within 48 hours of notification. Delivery, installation, and testing must be completed within 90 days of contract award, with training within 30 days of installation.
