Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, on behalf of the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, is seeking a contractor to provide functional training and knowledge transfer support services for NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support personnel. The contractor will deliver classroom instruction, web-based modules, and one-on-one sessions covering Navy Enterprise Resource Planning systems, logistics, and weapon systems management while integrating materials into Navy portals. The work will take place in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Norfolk, Virginia, and virtually, over a one-year base period beginning September 7, 2026, with four subsequent one-year option periods. Evaluation is based on a best-value trade-off of price and two non-price factors, with Management Approach weighted more heavily than Past Performance.
