Intent to Sole Source, Logical Follow-On for the Transition Assistance Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Calibre Systems, Inc. for the continuation of services supporting the Transition Assistance Program. This procurement is a logical follow-on to an existing contract and aims to ensure the uninterrupted provision of these essential services while the VA prepares for a competitive re-solicitation. The total period of performance for this contract will span from May 18, 2026, to May 17, 2028, with the base period running from May 18, 2026, to November 17, 2026.
