The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractor for a graphic design contract covering recurring design support. The work includes flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters, annual reports, and other graphic design requests, with a base year and four option years and an estimated 60 to 120 work orders per year. The contractor must follow VA style guides, use current Adobe CS Suite tools, make patient-related work 508 compliant, and generally complete most work orders within five working days; evaluation will favor technical capability and past performance over price.
