The U.S. Coast Guard’s FORCECOM Armory Detachment Kodiak is seeking a small-business set-aside contract for annual lead dust removal and cleaning services at its Small Arms Firing Range in Kodiak, Alaska. The work includes lead abatement, HEPA vacuum and wet cleaning, air and dust sampling, exposure assessment, hazardous waste handling and disposal, ongoing air monitoring, and project management, with required project plan and reporting support. Performance is structured as a one-year base period with two one-year options, with annual cleanings scheduled between May and September, and the contractor must meet OSHA and USCG requirements using qualified personnel such as a Lead Risk Assessor, Project Manager, and HAZWOPER-certified staff.
