Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Performance Team (HPT)
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Army Medical Command and Army Reserve, is seeking market research for a potential contractor-provided Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Performance Team to support the Army Reserve H2F System. The work calls for an interdisciplinary team of about 25 contractor full-time equivalents to deliver non-personal educational and advisory services across the five H2F domains of physical, nutritional, mental, spiritual, and sleep readiness. The requirement is a multi-location, travel-intensive effort across CONUS, with personnel such as registered dietitians, cognitive performance specialists, strength and conditioning coaches, and athletic trainers, and it is structured as an IDIQ with a 12-month base period, one 12-month option, and an optional 6-month extension. Responses to the RFI are due by 12:00 PM Central Time on May 19, 2026, and should be submitted to Delbert Spriggs and Jericca Rodriguez at the listed Army email addresses.
