The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking Blanket Purchase Agreements for treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The work covers mental health treatment, substance use treatment and testing, and residential substance use treatment, including assessments, counseling, and dual-diagnosis counseling, for services in Prosper, Texas, and other locations in Texas and Arkansas. Offerors must show they can serve the catchment area with an available facility, use professionals who meet the required experience and criteria, and offer pricing at or below their most favored customer for comparable services. Interested offerors must submit a notice of interest by June 24, 2026; the RFP is to be posted that day on the agency website, and a bidder conference is scheduled for July 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
