Audiology Evaluations and Screenings

This Performance Work Statement outlines the requirements for contractor-provided audiology evaluations for Department of the Army civilian employees at Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, referred by the Occupational Health Nurse. The contractor must be a licensed Audiologist or a physician with otolaryngology residency, operating within a 50-mile radius of RIA. Services include comprehensive audiology evaluations, adhering to national standards like the Joint Commission and AMA, and providing written reports within 15 calendar days.
