The Department of the Air Force, through FA3016/502 CONS CL, is seeking a small-business contractor for the B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program airfield lighting work at Kelly Field, Joint Base San Antonio Lackland in Texas. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to remove and reinstall raised runway and taxiway lights and signs so B-52 aircraft can safely move to and from the runway, then restore the airfield lighting and signage to original condition.
