The Department of the Air Force Library Program, through the U.S. Air Force, is conducting a sources sought notice for remote video game kits to support remote and isolated locations. The requirement is for 20 monthly box kits, with each box containing six new release or high-demand video games that are shipped to 20 locations and kept consistent across all sites each month. The anticipated effort is a firm-fixed-price commercial buy for FY26 from September 2026 through September 2027, with three one-year option periods, and the vendor must be an established seller with a commercially available ordering website, no month-to-month title duplication, USPS shipping to APO addresses, and the ability for DAF Libraries to test the website. Responses are due within 28 days of issuance and must include company information, socioeconomic status, CAGE Code or UEI, and a capabilities statement.
