Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke is seeking a small business to provide a comprehensive bulk gas solution. The contractor must supply medical-grade liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid carbon dioxide to government-owned tanks located at the NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland. Deliverables include making deliveries two to five times monthly, maintaining telemetry monitoring of tank levels, and providing 24/7 emergency order fulfillment within four hours. The procurement will be awarded as a five-year, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract based on a best-value tradeoff.
