SCIF Tile Replacement

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Maryland Air National Guard 175th Wing, is seeking a contractor for a carpet tile replacement project. The selected contractor will replace 1,750 square feet of carpet tiles in Building 2045 and install 17,492 square feet of new carpet tiles in Building 4240, which houses a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. Both locations utilize 24-inch by 24-inch raised access floor systems, requiring the new carpet tiles to be anti-static and fully compatible with raised flooring to maintain under-floor plenum functionality. Work will be performed at Building 2045 in Baltimore, Maryland, and Building 6770 at Fort Meade, Maryland.
