Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bragg, is soliciting quotes to modernize the standalone Access Control Systems for the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade. Under a firm-fixed-price contract, the selected contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials to upgrade systems across Buildings X-4514 and C-1726, to include decommissioning legacy software, installing Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management compliant hardware, and establishing a new management database. The work must be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, all on-site personnel must hold verified U.S. Secret security clearances, and proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable source selection process.
