Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of State, through U.S. Embassy Singapore, is seeking a contractor to provide mobile subscription services for the embassy in Singapore. The requirement is for commercial mobile telephone services covering voice, data, SMS, and international roaming/direct dialing for about 300 lines under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The work includes continuous service, roaming and IDD controls, contractor control over the network, compliance with Singapore licensing rules, and submission of both pricing and technical materials, including the C-SCRM Questionnaire and proof of SAM registration. The contract includes a one-year base period and one one-year option, with pricing in Singapore dollars and GST charged separately, and proposals are due by June 18, 2026 at 1630 Singapore time by email to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov.
