The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base, is issuing a Fair Opportunity Proposal Request to develop Aircraft Adapter Groups (AAGs) designed for the F-16 aircraft. The selected contractor will deliver the required production-level software, hardware, and corresponding technical orders to integrate the AAGs into the government-designed Common Aircraft Portable Reprogrammable Equipment (CAPRE) Secure Memory Loader Verifier (SMLV). This acquisition is restricted to prime contract holders under the Automatic Test System Acquisition-I (ATSA-I) multi-award contract, and non-ATSA-I awardees are ineligible to submit proposals.
