The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, under the Department of the Navy, is conducting market research for an exterior modular workspace to expand ADCP mission capacity. The requirement is to fabricate, modify, deliver, and assemble two 40-foot by 9.6-foot high-cube ISO containers and provide all necessary personnel, materials, supervision, and equipment to support that work. The place of performance is listed at 9500 MacArthur Blvd, and respondents are asked to demonstrate their capability to meet the NSWCCD requirements against a draft Performance Work Statement.
