Demo of Modular Building

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the USPFO Activity CAANG 163, is seeking a contractor to demolish a modular building and replace adjacent fencing at March Air Reserve Base in California. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish the M-ROC modular building, handle related HVAC and electrical decommissioning, provide refrigerant recovery certification, and install new chain-link fencing and gates near Building 2271. This project is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, and attending the scheduled site visit requires submitting a base pass request form with identification details by June 29, 2026.
