N66001-26-R-0022: Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Prescient Edge Corporation

The Department of Defense, through the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), intends to award a sole source contract to Prescient Edge Corporation for specialized services supporting the Navy's Program Acquisition Executive (PAE) Robotic Autonomy System (RAS) program office. The contract will focus on operationalizing unmanned surface, aerial, and underwater platforms to address urgent U.S. Navy requirements, excluding the development of unmanned systems and collaborative autonomy algorithms.
