Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Forest Service is seeking resources to perform prescribed hand pile burning support services across the Methow Valley Ranger District in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The selected contractor must provide all trained personnel, equipment, and operating supplies to execute pile burning, holding, patrol, and mop-up operations to reduce hazardous fuels across approximately 1,600 acres. Contractor personnel must possess valid Red Cards meeting National Wildfire Coordinating Group standards, and the period of performance runs from September 30, 2026, through December 01, 2028.
