NASA’s Shared Services Center is seeking a FY26 renewal of Total Materia for NASA Headquarters, with the acquisition planned as a sole-source commercial contract to Key to Metals Americas Inc. The requirement is for an annual corporate license covering the Basic Package, Extended Range, SmartComp, Material Console, and Compliance, providing NASA personnel and on-site contractors access to a materials database across 15 NASA facilities. The contractor must provide electronic access through NTSS and SAML login, search and export functions for material data, monthly updates, Section 508 compliance, quality control, 24/7 technical support, and unlimited web-based training, with performance at NASA HQ from May 21, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
