The U.S. Army Contracting Command, 409th Contracting Support Brigade Theater Contracting Center in Kaiserslautern is conducting market research for a non-personal services requirement to provide yearly maintenance and repair of existing emergency lighting systems at the Baumholder Military Community in Germany.
