70--PROCESSOR,DISPLAY A, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is seeking repair and modification services for 17 units of display processors. The required work must be performed on National Stock Number 7R-7010-015222097-LC in accordance with Reference Number 822-1869-001 and Technical Data Package Version 004, with delivery terms designated as FOB Origin. Because this item is flight-critical and the approved source retains proprietary technical data, the government intends to negotiate with only one pre-approved source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Any alternate sources must secure engineering source approval prior to contract award by submitting the detailed documentation required in the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Source Approval Information Brochure. Interested parties must submit their proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the notice publication (or 30 days if the award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) to Dina M.
