GRC Janitorial Services

NASA Glenn Research Center is seeking an extension of its janitorial services contract to maintain custodial support at the Cleveland, Ohio facility. The work covers routine cleaning and service tasks across building areas and specialty spaces, including restrooms, medical offices, laboratories, hard floors, carpets, waste removal, pest control, emergency cleaning, and support for special events. The extension is intended to avoid a lapse in service and is tied to the center’s unique facilities and operating procedures, with the current contract period of performance ending July 31, 2026 and the planned extension structured as two three-month periods plus six optional one-month extensions.
