P-8A Ground Vibration Testing

The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole-source contract modification to The Boeing Company to conduct P-8A Ground Vibration Testing for a Foreign Military Sales customer. The contractor will perform testing to assess the feasibility of integrating additional stores onto existing P-8A wing stations. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the aircraft, Boeing is the only source with the necessary technical data and system integration knowledge to perform this work in Seattle, Washington. The anticipated period of performance runs from the second quarter of fiscal year 2027 through the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027. Written capability statements may be submitted within fifteen days of the synopsis publication to Jessica L.
