Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, through the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, is seeking a contractor to furnish and install a complete, fully functional security camera system. The contractor must deliver, install, configure, and provide training for six interior cameras, eight high-resolution day/night exterior cameras, and one central monitoring workstation with a minimum of 30 days of video storage. The scope also includes running all necessary wiring, mounting the equipment, and providing six door access readers, remote gate openers, a one-year warranty, and an Operations and Maintenance manual. Work is to be performed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord on a firm-fixed-price basis within a 180-day period of performance, and proposals will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis using technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Electronic quotes must be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment by July 22, 2026, at 11:00 PM PDT, with any questions due by July 17, 2026.
