The General Services Administration’s Public Buildings Service, through its Office of Leasing, is seeking proposals to lease office space for a federal law enforcement tenant in Arlington, Virginia. The requirement is for second-generation office space with an existing build-out, a loading dock, and a layout that supports offices, workstations, support areas, storage, conference and training rooms, fitness/showers, telecom, and secured law enforcement space. The offered space must be within the stated Arlington delineated area, provide 24,671 to 25,905 ABOA square feet, include 20 structured unreserved parking spaces, and be ready for government occupancy by January 1, 2027; technical acceptability depends on a credible post-award schedule, and award will be made on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis without negotiations. Offerors must submit through the GSA Leasing Portal, and the attached post-award schedule governs the sequence from lease award through design, pricing review, construction, and government acceptance.
