The USDA Farm Production and Conservation Business Center is seeking leased office and related space in Stuart, Virginia, for government use. The requirement calls for 2,492 to 2,617 ABOA square feet, with one reserved parking space and 11 non-reserved spaces, and the space may also reflect non-USDA partners where NRCS provides workspace through agreement. The offered space must be contiguous on one floor, preferably on the first floor, fully serviced, accessible 24/7, compliant with fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and located in a professional setting outside the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain and at least 300 feet from residential areas; paved access and parking are required, including pull-through capability and accommodation for heavier truck access.
