SOURCES SOUGHT - SCARNG BULK RATIONS (SUBSISTANCE)
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The South Carolina Army National Guard, within the Department of the Army, is seeking potential sources for bulk rations to support unit food service personnel during weekend training events and annual training. The work calls for providing food items and condiments comparable to those used by commercial restaurants and DOD dining facilities, with the attached order guide reflecting a broad mix of produce, meats, baked goods, dairy, beverages, canned and frozen items, and pantry staples. Deliveries may be needed to armories across South Carolina and, during annual training, to locations outside the state, sometimes requiring multiple deliveries to the same site because of limited cold storage; vendors must also comply with applicable local laws and South Carolina retail food safety rules for in-state deliveries. This is a sources sought notice only with no award resulting, and responses are to be submitted in PDF with firm information, CAGE and UEI, NAICS code, business classification, operating regions, any subcontractors, and past performance for comparable bulk ration deliveries.
