Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Military Sealift Command is seeking quotes for air flask inspection services at the Underway Replenishment Training Center at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The selected contractor must perform Ultrasonic Shear Wave and UT Thickness inspections, as well as external and internal visual examinations, on 10 high-pressure air flasks. All inspections must be executed by certified American Society for Nondestructive Testing technicians in accordance with Technical Manual S9086-SY-STM-010, and all on-site work must be completed within 14 calendar days of contract award. Firm-fixed-price quotes must be submitted via email to Jordan Castellat at jordan.r.castellat.civ@us.navy.mil by September 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
