The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking to procure one commercial zero-turn riding mower for the Valley City National Fish Hatchery in North Dakota. The required equipment is a brand-name Kawasaki FX1000 EFI or equal 72-inch zero-turn mower that features a minimum 38.5 hp EFI engine, dual hydrostatic drive, and a fabricated steel deck. Deliverables must include a manufacturer warranty of at least five years or 1,200 hours, a three-year engine warranty, and proof of authorized dealer status. Evaluation is based on a Best Value Trade-Off where technical acceptability is assessed on a pass/fail basis alongside past performance and price.
