Fukuoka Gardening Services Contract

The U.S. Consulate Fukuoka issued Request for Quotations (RFQ) number 19JA2526-Q-0004 for gardening services at its Fukuoka, Japan, grounds. The contract, commencing on November 21, 2025, includes an initial 12-month period with four one-year renewal options. A pre-quotation conference and site visit will occur on January 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM Japan Standard Time, requiring prior registration by January 9, 2026, 12:00 PM. Work will be performed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, adhering to U.S. and Japanese holidays. The contractor must supply all equipment and materials, except water, and maintain specific insurance coverage, including general liability of Yen 30,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. Personnel must undergo background checks and adhere to strict conduct and security standards. The contract is not a small business set-aside.
