RFI - Mission Integration Prime for Geostationary Extended Observations (GeoXO) Series Satellites
Contract Opportunity Analysis
NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, on behalf of NOAA, is seeking market information for a potential Mission Integration Prime acquisition to support the GeoXO series satellites. The work would cover mission integration, launch vehicle services, payload processing, mission operations, ground systems and antenna services, anomaly investigation and recovery, and special engineering analyses, with an interest in vendor alternatives to the Government’s concept. The effort is tied to GeoXO-1 and GeoXO-2, with 10 years of on-orbit mission operations described in the requirement set and an initial launch planned for 2032; the concept also contemplates use of existing government resources such as the Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station and the NOAA Satellite Operations Facility.
