Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)

Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, part of the Department of the Navy, is planning a small-business set-aside IDIQ multiple award construction contract to support sustainment, repair, maintenance, and minor construction work. The contract covers management, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, environmental, quality, and security controls for concurrent task orders at the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex and Naval Support Activity Philadelphia. Work may include design-build and design-bid-build projects involving new construction, demolition, renovation, and repairs across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communications systems, with a five-year performance period and task orders requiring compliance with Navy, local, and building and life safety requirements. The acquisition is expected to award to all technically acceptable offerors, with selection based on initial proposals without discussions unless the Government chooses otherwise, and the solicitation is expected on or about 30 June 2026 through SAM.gov and the PIEE Solicitation Module; the total contract ceiling is $54,000,000.
