G6 - PureStorage Support

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for a technical support and maintenance services contract for the government's Pure Storage infrastructure located at JFRC Cheyenne, WY. The primary objective is to maintain continuous operational availability, optimize performance, and ensure full compliance with DoD/DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) mandates. The selected contractor must provide comprehensive 24/7/365 remote technical support with a one-hour response time for critical issues. Responsibilities include proactive system monitoring (such as Pure1), supplying all necessary software/firmware updates, and providing on-site hardware replacement (including parts, labor, and travel). Additionally, the agreement requires participation in a hardware refresh program, which mandates replacing covered storage arrays with modern equivalent hardware at no extra cost after five years of continuous support. The period of performance begins on August 10, 2026, with an initial end date of September 30, 2026, and an option period extending through September 29, 2027. The government will evaluate performance under FAR 52.246-4. Neither the government nor the contractor is designated to furnish additional workspace or materials beyond the outlined service requirements.
