The contractor must provide a fully functional, non-networked Windows 11 control system. Key technical requirements include compatibility with DoW Common Access Cards (using only unique identifiers to prevent PII extraction), 100 third-party proximity cards, magnetic locking mechanisms, and motion/push-to-exit release systems integrated with the facility's fire alarms. Hardware setup differs by location: Building 56 requires interior double glass door magnetic locks and is ready for immediate installation, while Building 53 requires all-weather exterior double storefront door magnetic locks with installation starting after October 1.
