Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Security & Intelligence Directorate is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing comprehensive Program Security Services. The selected contractor will supply approximately 160 Full-Time Equivalent personnel to serve as embedded Program Security Representatives, offering risk-managed protection across various classification levels, including Special Access Programs and Sensitive Compartmented Information. Core responsibilities include analyzing program protection strategies, managing insider threat and counterintelligence capabilities, conducting IT security assessments for advanced military systems, and executing physical and personnel security operations. To qualify, prime contractors and subcontractors must possess a Top-Secret Facility Clearance, and all assigned personnel must hold active Top Secret clearances with SCI eligibility for a performance period of a 12-month base period starting in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, plus four 12-month option periods in Arlington, Virginia.
