The Department of the Army Contracting Command - Picatinny Arsenal, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, is seeking a contractor to repair the loading dock concrete and install a new handrail at the PFC Roy M. Reynolds U.S. Army Reserve Center in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to pressure wash the loading ramp, remove and dispose of approximately 80 linear feet of existing railing, repair cracked and spalling concrete, and install and paint new handrails complying with OSHA standards. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed, and the government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to a small business using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology.
