Z--Free Quaker Meeting House, Roof Repair, Conservati

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, is soliciting quotes on behalf of the National Park Service to replace the roof and perform exterior conservation at the Free Quaker Meeting House within Independence National Historical Park. The contractor will be responsible for replacing the building's terra cotta tile roof and repairing, conserving, or selectively replacing various exterior building components. All work must comply with contract drawings, technical specifications, and National Park Service requirements. This project is a total small business set-aside with an estimated magnitude of value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
