15 Foot offset flex arm for Bat Wing mowers

The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Drum, is seeking to procure a 15-foot offset flex arm rotary cutter. The contractor must deliver a mower assembly with heavy-duty 12-ply tires, a minimum two-and-a-half-inch castor pivot shaft, six-bolt hubs, a minimum of four hydraulic circuits, and a safety lighting kit. Performance specifications require the assembly to cut in-line with the tractor or at an offset up to 122 inches, handle 200 horsepower at 1,000 RPM while accommodating 540 RPM power delivery, and maintain strict standard travel dimensions.
